Privacy policy

Effective November 3, 2026. How this app and its support website handle information.

Information on your device

Servicefolio stores the information you choose to enter in the app's local storage: Vehicle labels, odometer readings, service history, receipts and notes. The app does not send these records to the developer. The native app has no account system, advertising SDK or analytics SDK. Its core record storage and calculations run on your device. The optional support website uses a separate support service, described below.

Photos and documents

Where the app offers attachments, it accesses only the photos or documents you select and keeps a local copy for the record. It does not scan your library. After a deletion is saved, the app attempts to remove attachment copies that are no longer used. If file cleanup fails, the app reports the problem and a local copy may remain. Original photos and documents outside the app are not deleted.

Exports and sharing

PDF and CSV options, where available, create files from your records. A preview is the same PDF file that is shared. If you choose another app or service in the system share sheet, that destination handles the copy under its own policies. Copies saved outside this app are under your control.

Retention and deletion

Records remain on your device until you delete them in the app or remove the app. Temporary export files may be retained until the operating system clears them. System device backups may include app data; manage backup copies in your device settings. The developer cannot access, restore or delete your local records remotely.

Your choices

You can edit or delete saved records, choose which files to share and decline photo/document selection. All figures and records are based on information you enter. No external provider data is inferred.

This support website

When you visit these support pages, hosting and network providers may process technical information such as your IP address, request path and browser information to deliver and protect the website. This is separate from the records stored in the app. These pages contain no advertising or analytics scripts.

Support requests

If you send a support request, the support service stores the app name, subject, messages, replies and timestamps on our server so we can respond. No account, name, email address or phone number is required. Do not include personal, financial, health or other confidential information, or copy private app records into a request. The service does not store IP addresses with tickets. Requests remain in the support inbox while they are handled; you can ask for deletion in the same ticket. A support operator must process that request. Your private ticket link is the only access method, so keep it private and bookmark it. If it is lost, we cannot identify you to recover it.

Policy changes and support

The effective date identifies this version of the policy. If our actual data handling changes, we will update this page. For questions about this policy or a support request, use the support page.
